New patterned papers

Hey i got some new patterned papers from hobby ideas store...these papers are definitely nicer n thicker than the itsy bitsy ones but again they are expensive...But cudnt resist buying them...Hope to make few cards soon using all my new supplies...

Its my Birthday!!!!!!!!!!

Hey all its my birthday today.....This time dont think have any major plans as hubby not keeping well:-( so just made a small card to cheer up myself....
This card however is not my idea im a memeber on a crafting community called BUSYMITTS...I have tried to ape it from a friend there called lermer from UK she makes awesome cards...So this is for her as well....
Also yipee i recieved an award... thank you so much Juhi for the award its like a small bday gift...il answer the questions soon...

Photo Frame

Hey.. i made this photo frame a while ago for my brother in laws anniversary...I was very happy with the way it turned out...

Materials Used: Crackle medium from pidlite, plain wooden frame,black and white acrylic colors,shilpkar to make alphabets from hobby ideas and painted with red color, and some red embelishments...

Specially for Spardha (Pigment Inks)

Hey spardha...these are few colors samples that i have for you to see....The inks come in 3 tyoes of packs
1) 3 colors together - Rs 150 each
Pic shows i have 3 sets like these

2) Those candy type sticks 2 colors - Rs 30 each mostly
2 colors in one stick


3)Single colors - price dont know will need to find out but my guess is mwhr around 50 -70 each


Personal sugeestions budget wise the sticks are better..Utility wise single colors are better...the 3 set packs though good but becomes difficult to work with if the stamp size is large and chances of color overlap are high...

Yipee....New Craft Accessories

Hey all...im so excited and happy...i just recieved my stuff from a colleague who had travelled to US...he knows how craft crazy i am and so he was like u can order things u want il get them for u...I just cudnt resist saying no...n so i quickly ordered a few things... Hey everyone...i finally managed to solve my PC problem loads of formating issues....so im back with my new card...I made this birthday card for a 3year old invite...I recieved an order to make 20 such cards and also entertain the kids by making them play games for an hour....It was a lot of fun...this is just the 1st sample that i had created to show the parents n they just loved it..

Card Patterns 32 and Dutch Dare Challenge 60

I have made this card using Card patterns sketch 32 and used the color mentioned for dutch dare challenge i.e green, pink,white,purple and red..Have made it in quite a lot of hurry...didnt want to skip the challenges so squeezed 2 in 1...Hope u gals like it...

Get Sketchy 5 & Pile it on 15

Hello...I made this card using the Get Sketchy 5 sketch and also for Ple it on challenge 15 where the contest is Color pop ...It says use white, black and any one other color...So i have squeezed in two challenges together....I am happy with the way the card has turned....

Material Storage Space

Hey i finally managed to get a lil organised with all my crafting materials...Since i have a lil space constraint I have occupied the top shelf of a cupboard in my house to keep all my stuff...I just hope it remains this neat forever cos half of my time otherwise just goes in finding several things hahahha :-)...I guess its a problem with all crafters...

Envelopes

I Love giving handmade presents to my friends and relatives on several occasions...SO this diwali i have decided to give everyone a bunch of decorative envelopes for them to use in different occassions...I just made a few samples to see if they turn out well and then it makes it easier 4 me to decide what looks good and accordingly i can get my supplies...also need to make diwali cards ...Gotta rush i guess...

Its so difficult to get craft supplies especially patterned papers in india...So while hunting i just got this lovely brown handmade paper which would go ideal with a cream base...I love the look of this card...
