My Blog's Birthday!!!



Hello Girls…

Very happy to share with you all that my blog would turn a year old on September 10th….Since it’s my blogs 1st Birthday I have decided to have a small giveaway as a token of appreciation to all my lovely crafting friends who have supported and encouraged me throughout this wonderful journey…I have met a lot of lovely people on the blog land and hope to meet many more in the years to come….

CupCake Toppers

Heya.....
First attempt at making cupcake toppers...I am a member of swap-bot and have participated in this cupcake toppers swap....lovely website to check out and share your work and supplies across the world...Have made a set of tweleve toppers and chosen navy blue and white color combo....The butterfly on the top is from candy i won on Anita's blog...Thanks anita...Ur butterflies are gonna travel all the way to United Kingdom{virtually;-)}...

Birthday Wishes

Hello everyone...

I am back with a birthday card...This card was made for my hubby's friends bday...Boys card is a big task i feel:-) no pink, no bling... but after a lot of thinking and inspiration from a blog called Scrap-a-little(cudnt add the link some major prob with my PC, i can hardly post comments on other blogs as well) i was able to finally mke the card...The Shirt and the tie is done using the tutorial on the blog...The blog is owned by Helen Croft...She is very talented and does lovely cards and tutorials ...A worth having a look...Thanks Helen for the inspiration...

This is the inside of the card...Text is handwritten...Also have embossed the borders wth cake motif...I have this local embossing handtool with few motifs..i bought this well before i got my bug...



Supplies Used:
Cardstock brown and yellow, buttons - local stationer
Patterned paper - Itsy Bitsy
Labels 3 Nesties,Embossing folder,curls and swirls alpha dies all used in cuttlebug
